No bake energy balls

Who doesn't love yummy balls of energy? We certainly do!

They are the perfect healthy treat to eat on the go and they're super easy to make. They'll give you a slow release boost of energy in a totally natural way, so if you're flagging at work, or smashing out a bike ride, they are just the ticket. Have fun and enjoy!


100g SHUUPE (we used vanilla)

25g sunflower seeds

25g pumpkin seeds

50g crunchy peanut butter

35g honey/maple syrup

Pinch of salt

25ml water

25g dried fruit (optional)



Add all the ingredients except the water into a bowl and mix well together. Then add the water sparingly. You are looking for a sticky consistency. Once you have achieved this, roll them into small balls. Put them in the fridge for 30 mins and there you have it.  

Super easy, yet delicious SHUUPE energy balls.
